The power of AI in CX takes center stage at Zendesk Showcase

Zendesk to debut new CX product offerings and exciting keynote speaker sessions, including a special appearance by AI influencer Allie Miller

The excitement from Zendesk Relate 2023 continues as we bring a more intimate group together in New York for Zendesk Showcase. This year’s agenda is packed with updates on AI, including new generative AI capabilities and what it means for customer experience (CX), employee experience (EX), and data security.

Zendesk CEO Tom Eggemeier will deliver the keynote, detailing how Zendesk is best positioned to help customers unlock the power of Intelligent CX with the industry’s most powerful combination of AI innovation and deep CX expertise.

The event will be hosted by AI influencer Allie Miller, who was the youngest woman to develop an AI product at IBM. Allie will also lead a closing session with Google’s former Chief Decision Scientist, Cassie Kozyrkov and Zendesk Chief Technology Officer, Adrian McDermott. Additionally, the agenda features a discussion with The Economist and Zendesk customers about how AI can transform businesses and customer service.

Zendesk Showcase is a free in-person event. It will take place at the Chelsea Industrial building in New York City on October 4. For those who cannot attend in person, you can join the main keynote digitally at one of three broadcast times.
