Speakers announced for the hottest spot in CX, Zendesk Relate

The future of CX will be center stage April 16-18, with Zendesk announcements broadcast live from Las Vegas

The agenda for Zendesk Relate, the company’s annual customer conference, is now live. The event will be informative and inspirational for Zendesk customers in navigating the era of intelligent CX. The agenda is packed with innovative product announcements, big-picture thought leadership keynotes, and sessions on AI-powered CX, optimizing business operations, and the modern employee experience.

Brands known for their best-in-class CX operations will also share how Zendesk enables them to connect customer service to their bottom line, design engaging and interactive experiences, and reimagine the customer journey as needed during significant inflection points – such as the rise of generative AI. Other speakers will cover best practices for AI-powered employee experience (EX), discussing how to make essential connections between IT and HR teams in order to deliver a great experience to employees.

Zendesk Chief Executive Officer Tom Eggemeier will deliver a keynote on the big-picture view of the CX industry and how Zendesk is guiding customers to prepare for what’s next in AI, followed by product leaders Lisa Kant and Paxton Cooper who will announce the company’s latest product launches. Additionally, Chief Technology Officer Adrian McDermott will explore how key technology inflection points have evolved CX up until now, and how leaders can stay ahead as AI continues to progress and fundamentally change the industry.

The event will also feature author, corporate culture expert, and Zappos Insights cofounder Robert Richman who will talk about creating excellent employee experiences in service of customers and the bottom line.

Zendesk Relate will also have a virtual component — the keynote will be livestreamed and some sessions will be available on-demand after the event.
