Change of address: our new Singapore office

Ultimo aggiornamento October 13, 2025

The sun never sets on Zendesk: We’re a global company with operations on five continents. Setting up shop around the world is especially important to us because our product is used by organizations in 150 countries and territories to provide support in more than 40 languages.

This week, we cut the ribbon for our newest office: our Asia Pacific commercial headquarters in Singapore. Mr. Teo Ser Luck, Minister of State for Trade and Industry, was the guest of honor at the ceremony, accompanied by Zendesk executives and our Zopim team, who joined the Zendesk family in last year’s acquisition of the live chat startup, based in Singapore, which has blossomed into an entrepreneurial hotbed in recent years.

Opening of Zendesk Asia Pacific Commercial Headquarters

Although Zendesk’s origins are in Copenhagen and our corporate headquarters in California, the new Singapore office joins an already strong presence in the Asia Pacific region: our Asia Pacific Development Centre based in Melbourne, a regional hub in Manila, and a sales office in Tokyo.

As we continue to expand around the world, we’re working with local organizations to help out in the community. As part of the Singapore office opening, Zendesk and Zopim committed today to invest $100,000 SGD and at least 400 hours of volunteer service from employees. The focus will be on promoting workforce development and technical literacy, improving education and professional development for underserved youth, providing supportive services to seniors, and increasing the number of female engineers.
