Dynamic Content is an awesome feature of Zendesk that allows you to create your own translations and reference them in Macros and Triggers.

However, it’s less known that Dynamic Content supports HTML code. In the latest tip of the week, I’m going to show you how to create a Dynamic Content item to dynamically change your Help Center’s design based on the customer’s language.
