To kick this off, many retailers turn to #nrf16: Retail’s Big Show, hosted this week in New York by the National Retail Federation (NRF). Zendesk is there too (booth #721 in the Expo), and we’re eager to talk to everyone about customer service trends in retail such as ecommerce vendors breaking into brick-and-mortar, emerging channels like Facebook’s Messenger, and more.
